First seen Mar 08, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study is for adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back or not responded to treatment, and who have specific changes in their FLT3 and IDH genes. The researchers are testing whether combining two targeted drugs (gilteritinib with ivosidenib or enasidenib) is safe and can help control the disease. The goal is to find the best dose with the fewest side effects and see how well the combination works.
