Summary
This study tested whether colostrum supplements (from cow's milk) can improve physical performance, thinking skills, and blood sugar control in people with type 2 diabetes. 80 participants, including healthy volunteers and those with diabetes, took either colostrum or a placebo daily for 60 days. Researchers measured inflammation, blood sugar, and other health markers to compare the effects.
