Summary

This study tested whether taking colostrum (a supplement from cow's first milk) for 60 days could improve blood sugar, inflammation, and physical or mental performance in people with type 2 diabetes and healthy adults. About 80 participants were split into four groups: healthy or diabetic, each receiving either colostrum or a placebo. The goal was to see if colostrum could help manage diabetes-related markers.
