Summary
This study was designed to test a new two-drug combination for people with advanced colorectal cancer that had stopped responding to standard chemotherapy. The goal was to see if adding an experimental drug (LY3200882) to an existing chemotherapy pill (capecitabine) could help control tumor growth again. The trial was intended for patients whose tumors had a specific genetic signature, but it was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
