New program aims to help cancer survivors rebuild their lives
NCT ID NCT07428239
Summary
This study tested whether a coordinated, personalized rehabilitation program could improve life quality for people recovering from colorectal cancer. 150 patients in Slovenia were assigned to either receive standard care or a new program that connected them with specialists like physiotherapists and dietitians based on their specific needs. The goal was to see if this more organized support system was helpful and practical to implement nationwide.
