Can immunotherapy stop colorectal Cancer's return?

Summary
This study tests if immunotherapy drugs (cemiplimab, fianlimab, and REGN7075) can clear leftover cancer DNA in the blood of colorectal cancer patients after surgery and chemotherapy. The goal is to delay or prevent the cancer from coming back. About 79 adults with stage II/III colorectal cancer who still have cancer DNA in their blood will participate.
