First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This early-phase trial tests whether adding two drugs (pirfenidone and sintilimab) to standard chemotherapy can shrink tumors in 30 people with colorectal cancer that has spread to the lining of the belly. The study will first check if enough patients respond before expanding. The goal is to see if the combination works better than chemo alone.
