First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding two drugs (pirfenidone and sintilimab) to standard chemotherapy can shrink tumors in people with colorectal cancer that has spread to the lining of the abdomen. About 30 adults aged 18 to 75 will receive the treatment for 4 cycles, then doctors will check if the tumors have shrunk. The goal is to see if this combination works better than chemotherapy alone.
