New Three-Drug attack on advanced colon cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether adding two drugs (pirfenidone and sintilimab) to standard chemotherapy can better shrink tumors in patients with colorectal cancer that has spread to the lining of the abdomen. It will enroll 30 patients who are about to start their first treatment. The main goal is to see how many patients' tumors respond to this combination therapy.
