New drug cocktail tested for Tough-to-Treat colon cancer
NCT ID NCT04564898
Summary
This study is testing a combination of three existing cancer drugs (trifluridine/tipiracil, capecitabine, and bevacizumab) for people with metastatic colorectal cancer who cannot receive standard intensive chemotherapy. The first part determines the safest dose, while the second part measures how well the combination works at controlling the cancer. The goal is to provide a treatment option for patients who have limited choices.
