Summary

This study is testing whether combining three existing cancer drugs is safe and effective for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread. The trial is for patients who cannot receive more intensive chemotherapy. Researchers will first find the safest dose, then see how well the combination works at controlling the cancer.
