Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (fruquintinib, an immunotherapy, and an oral chemo) in people with advanced colorectal cancer that has not responded to standard second-line therapy. About 106 participants will receive the combo to see if it can shrink tumors and extend survival. The goal is to find better options for patients with few remaining treatments.
