Finding the best position for your colonoscopy
NCT ID NCT06664762
Summary
This study aimed to find out if lying flat on your back (supine) is better than lying on your left side during a colonoscopy. Researchers compared the two positions in 300 adults to see which one made the procedure faster and more comfortable. The goal was to improve the colonoscopy experience without adding any extra risk or cost to patients.
