Summary

This study aims to find out if repeat colonoscopies after age 75 help prevent colorectal cancer in older adults who previously had precancerous polyps removed. Researchers will compare cancer risks in over 130,000 older Veterans and gather patient and doctor opinions. The goal is to create better guidelines by weighing the potential benefits against the increased risks of the procedure for older people.
