Could a blood pressure drug boost colon cancer treatment?

Summary
This study tests two drug combinations given before surgery for people with locally advanced colon cancer that is pMMR (a common type). One group gets immunotherapy (iparomlimab/tuvonralimab) plus chemotherapy (CAPEOX). The other group gets the same plus propranolol, a beta-blocker. The goal is to see if adding propranolol helps shrink tumors more before surgery. About 45 people will take part.
