First seen May 03, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether adding a beta-blocker (propranolol) to a standard immunotherapy and chemotherapy combination before surgery can improve outcomes for people with locally advanced colon cancer. About 45 participants will receive either the standard combination or the combination plus propranolol, then have surgery to remove the tumor. The main goal is to see how many patients have a major response in the tumor after treatment.
