Collagen drink may soothe vulvar dryness in chronic skin condition

Summary
This study tests whether a daily collagen supplement, called Collagendep Pink Beauty, can reduce vulvar dryness in women with genital lichen sclerosus who are also receiving fat grafting treatment. Lichen sclerosus is a long-term inflammatory condition that causes skin to harden and become dry, itchy, and painful. The trial will compare the supplement plus fat grafting to fat grafting alone over 4 months in 40 women, measuring dryness, skin hydration, and sexual function.
