Summary
This study aims to find a simpler and reliable way to detect colistin resistance in multidrug-resistant bacteria. Researchers will collect 90 samples from hospitalized patients and compare a disk elution test with the standard method. They will also look for the genes that cause resistance. The goal is to help doctors choose the right antibiotics faster.
