Summary
This study tested whether applying a cold spray before a blood thinner injection (low molecular weight heparin) can reduce pain and bruising in people recovering from orthopedic surgery. 101 adults took part. The goal was to see if this simple, practical method could make injections more comfortable and reduce skin bruising at the injection site.
