Summary
This study tested whether treating dental implants with different types of cold plasma could make them more stable in the jawbone. Eleven patients each received four implants, with each implant randomly assigned to receive either no treatment or one of three different plasma treatments. Researchers measured how firmly the implants were anchored over the first eight weeks to see if the plasma made a difference.
