Summary
This study looks at how the anti-inflammatory drug colchicine works in people who have had a heart attack or unstable chest pain (acute coronary syndrome). Researchers will use advanced testing to find patterns that show which patients get the most benefit. The goal is to build a model that helps doctors choose the right treatment for each person. About 380 adults are being enrolled.
