Summary
This study looks at whether adding a special slow breathing technique (coherent breathing) to regular aerobic exercise can improve heart and lung health and quality of life more than exercise alone. It involves 40 adults aged 30-65 with stage 1 hypertension who will follow a 4-week program. The goal is to find a low-cost, drug-free way to manage high blood pressure.
