Summary

This study tests a therapy called Targeted Cognitive Training (TCT) for veterans with serious mental illnesses like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or PTSD. The goal is to improve thinking skills and daily functioning by using EEG brain scans to identify who will benefit most. About 80 veterans will take part, and researchers will measure changes in symptoms, cognition, and real-world abilities.
