Summary
This study compares two digital programs designed to help first-year college students manage stress: a personalized mindfulness app and a problem-solving stress management program. Researchers want to see which one students stick with and which leads to better sleep, lower stress, fewer depressive symptoms, and higher grades. About 200 students from four universities will participate during the spring semester.
