Summary

This study looks at whether a personalized brain-training program can help older adults (60+) with high blood pressure who are at risk for memory loss. About 120 people will be split into two groups: one gets the real brain training, the other gets a placebo version. The training lasts 12 weeks, and researchers will check thinking skills using a standard test called MoCA.
