First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests whether a short program combining healthy lifestyle lessons and brain exercises can improve memory and thinking in older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Researchers will enroll 200 people aged 60+ with MCI from local senior centers. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of four groups: the full program, brain exercises only, lifestyle lessons only, or a control group. Their cognitive abilities will be measured before, right after, and three months after the program.
