Researchers test simple brain games to track Huntington's disease
NCT ID NCT06546488
Summary
This study aims to see if two existing cognitive tests—the Coding Test and a self-administered exam called SAGE—are useful for people with Huntington's disease. Researchers will compare these tests to standard assessments used in Huntington's clinics to understand if they can help screen for or track the disease. About 76 adults with a confirmed Huntington's diagnosis will participate in a single 1-1.5 hour visit to complete these tests and other standard assessments.
