First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests a 12-week group program for people with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) that combines brain exercises and lifestyle advice. The goal is to see if it improves memory, thinking, and daily function compared to just giving an information booklet. Forty participants will be randomly assigned to either the program or the booklet group, and their progress will be tracked for about 6 months.
