Summary
This study tests a computer-based stepping game (Smart±step) designed to combine thinking and movement training in 70 older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). The goal is to see if the program can lower fall risk, improve balance, and boost thinking skills. Participants will play the game at home or in a community setting, and researchers will measure changes in fall risk and daily function over time.
