Summary
This study watches anesthesia nurses at work during real surgeries to measure how much mental effort they use at different stages. About 50 nurses will fill out short questionnaires after key moments like putting the patient to sleep and waking them up. The goal is to understand when nurses are most stressed so hospitals can make surgery safer.
