Summary
This study watches anesthesia nurses at work during real surgeries to measure how much mental effort they use at different stages. About 50 nurses will fill out a short questionnaire three times per surgery. The goal is to understand when nurses are most stressed, which could help make surgeries safer and reduce alarm fatigue.
