NCT ID NCT03016741
First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looks at how certain hormone therapies for advanced prostate cancer affect men's thinking skills, like memory and concentration. Researchers will use brain scans and thinking tests to see if these treatments cause changes in the brain. The goal is to understand why some men have mental fogginess during treatment and find genetic clues that might predict who is more sensitive. About 100 men with prostate cancer who are already on hormone therapy will take part.
