This study looked at 60 people with long-term tonsillitis to compare two tonsil removal methods: coblation (using low-temperature energy) and cold dissection (using a scalpel). The goal was to see which method causes less pain and fewer infections after surgery. Results help doctors choose the best technique to improve recovery.
