First seen Mar 26, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study aims to see if certain blood markers that indicate clotting risk go up when atrial fibrillation (an irregular heartbeat) gets worse. Researchers will take blood samples from 20 adults before, during, and after a standard heart procedure called catheter ablation. The goal is to better understand the link between heart rhythm and stroke risk.
