Pregnant doctors get a coach: will it ease burnout?

NCT ID NCT07221422

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 21, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study tests a 4-month coaching program for pregnant or recently postpartum doctors-in-training. Half the participants get one-on-one and group coaching sessions; the other half do not. Researchers will measure burnout, well-being, and confidence through surveys at the start, after 4 months, and at 7 months. The goal is to see if coaching can help these doctors feel better at work and in life.
