Can a coach help seniors feel less lonely and suicidal?

NCT ID NCT07488559

Summary

This study tests whether a personal coaching program helps adults aged 60 and older feel more socially connected. It aims to see if reducing loneliness can also lower thoughts of suicide and improve emotional well-being. Researchers will compare 120 lonely seniors who receive coaching to those on a waitlist, using smartphone surveys to track their feelings and social activities.
