Summary

This study tests a safety program called COACH that teaches youth football coaches how to plan safer practices to reduce head impacts and concussions. About 880 young athletes will be monitored over a season to see if the program lowers the number of head hits and improves brain health. The goal is to make youth football safer without changing the game itself.
