Summary
This study tests a personalized program to help Hispanic/Latino families with young children (ages 4-6) prevent obesity. The program is designed to overcome everyday barriers to healthy eating and activity. About 301 parent-child pairs will take part, and researchers will track changes in the child's body mass index over time.
