Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called CNTX-3001 for people with long-lasting, moderate to severe low back pain that hasn't gotten better with other treatments. The drug is given as a single injection into the fluid around the spinal cord. The main goals are to check if it's safe and how the body processes it, with a small group of 16 participants.
