Summary
This study looks at how inhaled cannabis affects the brain in people with chronic low back pain. Researchers will use MRI scans to measure changes in brain blood flow and oxygen levels, and ask participants to rate their pain. The goal is to understand the brain mechanisms behind cannabis-induced pain relief, which could lead to better treatments. The study is recruiting 100 adults aged 21-65 who have had low back pain for at least 3 months and have not used cannabis for 30 days.
