Summary
This study tests a vaccine called Triplex to see if it can prevent cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection in adults who have received a stem cell transplant. CMV is usually harmless but can be dangerous for people with weakened immune systems. The vaccine uses harmless pieces of CMV DNA to help the body build immunity. The trial includes 7 participants with various blood cancers and aims to reduce CMV-related complications.
