Summary
This study aims to better understand how CMT1A, a common inherited nerve disease, changes over time. Researchers will collect blood and skin samples from 75 adults with CMT1A and 25 healthy volunteers over five years. The goal is to find biological markers that can measure disease progression, which will help design better clinical trials for future treatments.
