First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looks at why people with Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) disease develop tremors and how these tremors affect their daily lives. Researchers will use muscle tests and questionnaires to measure tremors in 75 adults with CMT, including some without tremors for comparison. The goal is to better understand the tremor's causes and link them to genetics, but this study does not test any treatment.
