Summary
This study tests a new guideline for nurses caring for premature babies. The guideline groups routine medical tasks into fewer sessions to give babies longer, uninterrupted rest. Researchers will train 44 NICU nurses and measure if their care practices change. The goal is to support better sleep and development for these fragile infants.
