Summary
This study looks at a new way of caring for premature babies in the NICU. The idea is to group routine medical tasks together so babies can rest longer without being disturbed. Researchers will train nurses on this approach and then check if the training changes how nurses work. About 44 nurses from a hospital in Turkey will take part.
