First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a special score (PBS-score) can predict if clubfoot will return in children aged 4 to 10. Researchers will follow 60 children with idiopathic clubfoot to see if the score matches their need for more casts, braces, or surgery. The goal is to avoid overtreatment and focus care on those who truly need it.
