Summary
This study tested whether the Club 25 program, where students pledge to donate blood 25 times in their lifetime, increases donation rates compared to standard recruitment. Over 35,000 students from 30 secondary schools in Malawi took part, with half the schools using Club 25. Researchers measured donation rates over three school years to see if the program made a difference.
