Summary
This early-stage study tested an experimental drug called CLR 131, which delivers radiation directly to cancer cells, combined with standard external beam radiation. It included 12 people whose head and neck cancer had returned after prior treatment. The main goal was to check safety and see how well the drug targets tumors using special imaging.
