New drug CLR 125 tested in Hard-to-Treat breast cancer

Summary
This early-phase trial tests three different doses of the experimental drug CLR 125 in 60 people with advanced triple-negative breast cancer that has not responded to prior treatments. The main goals are to find the safest dose and to understand side effects. Participants receive CLR 125 by infusion four times per 8-week cycle and visit the clinic every three weeks for checkups.
