Summary
This study compares two common treatments for pityriasis versicolor, a fungal skin condition that causes discolored patches. Researchers will give 86 participants either a topical cream (clotrimazole) or an oral pill (itraconazole) to see which works better. The goal is to find the most effective way to clear the infection and improve symptoms.
