Smart oxygen machine aims to keep COPD patients breathing easier in hospital

Summary
This study tests whether a device called Airvo 3 in OptiO2 mode can automatically keep oxygen levels in a healthy range for hospitalized COPD patients. About 70 adults with COPD and low oxygen will be enrolled. The goal is to see if the device works better than nurses manually adjusting oxygen.
